Hi there! Welcome to Cuckoo..we are NOT your average estate agent, nor your large national student accommodation provider. We are a small local friendly team on hand, devoted to helping you find the perfect house or apartment. We provide you with a personal service and hold your hand every step of the way.

We don’t like (and don’t create) hassle and stress! Simply, tell us what you want, or what you don’t want, and leave the rest to us.

There’s no need to trawl the internet or traipse around the streets searching for properties—let us do the hard work! Once we’ve selected some suitable properties for you to view, we’ll pick you up and chauffeur you around at a time convenient to you.

Our properties are high quality luxury contemporary houses/apartments that have been decorated and furnished to a high standard. They are all within walking distance to the university and all have parking and private gardens.

We don’t just give you a boring box room with basic shared facilities—we give you a HOME! We keep the decor fresh and stylish but, at the same time, keep to a relatively neutral palette, so you can put your own stamp on it. All our bedrooms have double beds and all houses have a separate living area.
