Once we’ve selected some suitable properties for you to view, we’ll pick you up and chauffeur you around at a time convenient to you.
Our properties are high-quality, contemporary houses and apartments that have been furnished to a high standard. They are all within walking distance to the university and the town centre and all have parking and private gardens. All our bedrooms have double beds and all houses have a separate living area.
We don’t just give you a boring box room with basic shared facilities, we give you a home to settle into.
We are a small friendly team devoted to helping you find the perfect house or apartment. We provide you with a personal service and hold your hand every step of the way — any questions, just ask!

Home essentials starter kits
Sign up for our starter kit and get a kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, vacuum and kitchen bin for a one-off charge of £30 each (£40 if accommodation is for 3 or less). A package for solo occupancy is also available.
Luxury beds & soft furnishings
All houses come with comfy orthopaedic double beds, brand new bath mats and shower curtains and high quality furnishings. We also provide funky bean bags to relax on and luxury rugs to cosy your feet into.
SepArate living areas
All Cuckoo houses have spacious, well designed separate lounge areas so you can entertain friends or chill out with your housemates — keeping your bedroom as YOUR space!
Private gardens
All Cuckoo homes come with a private garden but don’t worry about keeping things trim and tidy — we’ll do that for you at no extra cost! You can simply make the most of your garden when the sun’s out! ☀️
Parking space provided
All Cuckoo homes come with off-road driveway parking and some even have garages — you’ll never have to park miles from your house ever again!
Cleaning service offered
For a small fee, we offer a cleaning service to keep your property fresh and fabulous! Take the hassle out of keeping those communal areas clean with weekly, monthly, termly or quarterly cleans.

Don’t want the hassle of dealing with utility providers or worried about overspending or under-budgeting? Let us manage things with UNLIMITED bills included from as little as £14 per week, per person.
high-speed broadband
No one needs the frustration of slow internet. Say no more! All our properties come with a high-speed broadband option… our little treat to you as our tenants!
TV & TV licence
One less thing to buy or bring! Enjoy a flat-screen TV in your living room for the term of your lease completely free of charge. If it breaks or needs repairing, we fix it. You’re welcome! ❤️
