We are a small independent, boutique student accommodation provider. Our primary focus is to provide high-quality, luxury properties and services to students, graduates and professionals looking for contemporary, affordable accommodation in Huddersfield.

We have developed, designed and decorated all of our properties ourselves. We don’t compromise on quality and work hard to ensure our properties are the best! We want you to feel right at home and love them as much as we do!

    Sign up to your new Cuckoo house by 1st December and only pay £100 bond! Sign up and complete your tenancy agreement before the December deadline and we’ll reduce your bond from £250 to £100! Quote EARLYBIRD DISCOUNT when booking an appointment with us.

    You’ve got your Cuckoo House sorted but why not recommend a friend to move into one too? If they sign up for one of our houses we will reward you with £50 in cash per person! Sign a house of 4 and that's £200 fun money! This offer applies to full houses / apartments only.
