Don’t want the hassle of dealing with electricity, gas and water providers? Worried about over spending/under budgeting on your monthly bills? Cuckoo can manage all that for you in our UNLIMITED bills inclusive options, from as little as £14 a week per person.

All Cuckoo houses have separate lounges so you can chill out with your friends together, and keep you bedroom as YOUR room!

All Cuckoo homes come with luxury comfy orthopaedic double beds, brand new bath mats and shower curtains and high quality furnishings. We also provide funky bean bags to relax on and luxury rugs to cosy your feet into.

All Cuckoo homes come with a private garden and parking, most with drives/garages, but don’t worry about keeping your garden trim and tidy—we’ll do that for you at no extra cost! You can simply make the most of your garden when the sun’s out!

We want to look after you and so enjoy having a flat screen TV in your living room for the term of your lease completely free of charge. If it breaks or needs repairing, we fix it.

Cuckoo is now offering a weekly/monthly /termly/quarterly cleaning service to keep your Cuckoo property looking clean, fresh and fabulous! For just a small amount you can have your own cleaner as often as you like. Take out the hassle of keeping those communal areas clean and save on arguments as to who’s turn it is to scrub the toilet, mop the kitchen floor, or vacuum up!

For those living in groups, take the hassle out of deciding who’s bringing what and who’s paying for what. Sign up for our group sharing essentials package and get a kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, vacuum and kitchen bin for a one-off charge upon move in—£30 each (£40 if accommodation is for 3 or less). A package for solo occupancy is also available—please ask for details.
