Newly refurbished and decorated last year, this is a great house with a cosy home-like feel and can be rented as a 3 or 4 bed house (please note there is an extra charge if rented as a 3 bed). Within walking distance to the university and local amenities, it’s a great location.

The spacious lounge is furnished with large leather sofas, flat screen TV, lamps, rug, cushions, mirror and other lovely little touches to make the room very inviting to chill and relax with your friends. The smart separate kitchen ensures you keep the cooking smells where they should be! As well as a large fridge freezer, the house comes with an extra freezer to help you keep ensure you have plenty of space to keep your food from going to waste. Washing machine comes as standard.

All flooring, decor and beds brand new last year!

All bedrooms have double beds have smart and contemporary headboards. All have high quality orthopaedic mattresses and come with brand new mattress protectors. The smallest room has a choice of a small-double or single. All have double wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk with chair. The décor is neutral and smart.

If rented as a 3 bed house the 4th can be used as a study/dress room/whatever you like!

Newly tiled bathroom has a bath and shower and the hallway is nice and light.

There is a separate garage and off road parking for a further 2 cars. The garage can be used as a further chill out area or even your own design studio or music room! As with all Cuckoo houses, you can choose from a bills excluded/included and unlimited option.
